What it is

The HFI Framework™ version 7.0 is a complete user-centered design process. Over the last 30 years, the technical staff at HFI has assembled the best practices for optimizing user experience. HFI provides this process as a set of objects within our UX Enterprise™ tool set, complete with detailed methods, time estimates, and templates. We often customize this process to your organizational needs, and provide full spectrum capability development including training of internal staff and mentoring.

The HFI Framwork™ exemplifies ISO methodology

In her paper "Usability Engineering – Quality Approach (ISO 13407)," Anjoo Navalkar discusses the forthcoming ISO 13407 standard which provides a framework for user–centered development.
